Robin Butler was extremly helpful and professional. The house was older and being sold as is. There were a couple of potetinal buyers who were being difficult in the process. Robin stayed on them and worked through the problem buyers and their realtors and brokers.

When there was an issue, Robin jumped on the issue immediately. She was in constant contact with my elderly mother and I the entire process, which went on for several months becasue of the buyers and the extremly high bank rates. She always ansered the phone or text no matter the day or time to include weekends. That doesn't happen very often into todays world.
